Ordering was mostly okay. The site loaded fine and I didn’t really run into any major issues, but the checkout felt a little clunky to me. If I wasn’t in a rush, it probably wouldn’t have bothered me much, but when you just want to get through the order quickly, it’s not the smoothest experience

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect, but this ended up being really nice to sleep on. It feels soft, comfortable, and reassuring to settle into at night.

I ordered this from elegantcomfort.com and the sizing was mostly right, but I noticed the tightness right away. The fitted sheet did go over my mattress, but getting the corners on the first time was a bit more annoying than I expected.

After washing it, it still fit and thankfully didn’t pop off overnight, so that’s a plus. Still, I’d definitely check your mattress depth before buying because it’s not the most forgiving fit. I’m mostly happy with it, but the snug corners keep it from feeling like a perfect purchase.

It came out clean, so that part was okay, but after a couple washes it already felt thinner, and also it wrinkles more than I expected, which is kind of annoying...

These sheets felt nice when I first put them on the bed, but after like 4 washes I started noticing some pilling down by the feet area. They’re still totally usable, just not as durable as I was hoping for tbh.

I ended up returning a sheet set because the color looked different once I saw it in person. The actual return wasn’t complicated or anything, but the refund took longer than I was hoping. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “We’re checking on it and your refund should process soon,” so they did respond, just not very quickly. Overall it wasn’t a bad experience, but I definitely wish the refund part moved faster.

My order showed up way later than it was supposed to, and the tracking just stopped updating at some point. Every time I tried to get an answer, it felt like they were dodging the question or buying time instead of just telling me what was going on. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but it really came across like they knew there was an issue and didn’t want to admit it. Definitely not ordering from them again.

My first impression when I opened them was that they were fine, just not quite as nice as I’d hoped. They’re decent sheets for the price and they do the job, but I expected them to feel a little softer or higher quality.
